We want you to love our products as much as we do! If you are not completely satisfied, please let us know within 30 days for a full refund.
Simply contact our friendly Customer service team to arrange a Postage Paid Return Label, at no cost to you. Once we receive the item back at our warehouse, we will then refund the full product cost back to you, or if preferred, arrange for a credit or exchange.
Note
- Return requests must be lodged with DetectOn Customer Service within 30 days of purchase. Contact us on 1300 205 222, or via email at info@DetectOn.com.au
- Please package the item to be returned appropriately, affix the Postage Paid Return Label and drop the parcel at any Australia Post outlet.
- Any shipping fees incurred (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be processed by DetectOn within 72 hours of receiving the item at our warehouse. It can then take up to 48 hours for money to credited by the bank into the customer account.
- For items that do not require return, refunds will be processed within 24 hours by DetectOn. It can then take up to 48 hours for money to credited by the bank into our customer accounts.
- All refund claims made within the 30 day period will be issued in the method by which they were paid.
- A replacement product will only be shipped after the faulty item has been received by DetectOn unless stated otherwise by a DetectOn Customer Service Representative.
- If your claim falls outside of the 30 day period, we'll still do our best to keep you happy. Please give us a call on 1300 205 222 to discuss your options or email us and info@DetectOn.com.au.
- Please note that the return guarantee is not applicable in order to take advantage of promotional offers.
